Ask for the USDOT number and confirmation of commercial insurance. A vehicle with the wrong plates and a personal policy is a real risk in DFW prom season.
You should be able to get the chauffeur’s name before the night and know that the company runs background checks. Ours are held to the same standard as our security officers.
The only acceptable answer for a trip with anyone under 21 is none, no exceptions, with the chauffeur empowered to end the trip if it is violated.
The parents set the stops. The chauffeur should not deviate because a passenger asks. Get the itinerary in writing.
Yes should be the answer, 24 hours a day, with a real person.
Ten in a stretch, fourteen in our party bus. A company that says fifteen will fit in a ten passenger limo is a company that cuts other corners too.

This is the question most parents do not know they can ask. Because we are a licensed security company, we offer Personal Protection Transportation: the chauffeur is a licensed, armed, plain clothes Level 4 Personal Protection Officer. For a teen who is high profile, going through a difficult situation, or just precious to you, it is worth a conversation.
