These terms apply to reservations and services provided by Bryan Limousines and Security LLC.
Reservations are confirmed when a deposit is received. The balance is due before service begins unless other arrangements are made for corporate accounts. Quotes are based on the information you provide; changes to vehicles, hours, stops or passenger counts may change the price.
Cancellation terms depend on the service and date and are provided with your quote. Peak dates such as prom, weddings and holidays may require longer notice.
Passengers must follow the chauffeur’s safety instructions. No alcohol is permitted for anyone under 21 or on prom and homecoming trips. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles. Illegal activity results in immediate termination of service without refund. Clients are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their party.
Security services are provided under a separate written agreement after a confidential consultation. Bryan Limousines and Security is licensed through the Texas Department of Public Safety.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or other events beyond our control, but we will always do our best to adjust. Personal items left in vehicles should be reported immediately.
